But I wouldn't call it "underrated" because of that. If you can get it for $5, sure, it's worth your time. There are a total of 5 out for the PS3 (and not counting Black Flag), and I only have time for 3. How is it in comparison? I have also never played any of the Assassin's Creed games. I've never played the first Prince of Persia game for the PS3. Some of the game's areas like the Baths were amazing and I felt simply ecstatic as I jumped and climbed through the levels. Once you get past the first 2 hours (especially after the water power), I felt like I was playing an entirely different game. I will go out and say that the game doesn't reach the feel of A+++ titles because of its lackluster story and lack of set pieces. I expected it to be a B-rated game that would keep be busy for a few hours, but about 8 hours in, I'm thoroughly enjoying this game. Recently I bought Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands off of the PSN Summer sale for something like $5.īoy was I surprised. I've completed about 25 games since, including a lot of action and platformer titles (Uncharted,, GOW, Tomb Raider). I got a PS3 slim about 3 months ago and have been catching up on the generation of games I missed.
